Our tree-free takeaway containers are made from rapidly renewable sugarcane pulp, a by-product of the sugar refining industry. Our BioCane range is certified home compostable.

 

  • Our takeaway containers & Lids are tree-free, made from reclaimed and rapidly renewable sugarcane pulp – a by-product remaining after the juice has been extracted that would otherwise be burned.
  • Sturdy and versatile, these sugarcane containers can handle a wide variety of hot and cold foods, including soups and curries.
  • They are grease and water-resistant, with a leak-proof and secure lid – perfect for food deliveries.
  • Sugarcane products are microwave safe and ovenproof up to 220°C for 20 mins and refrigerator and freezer safe (matching PET lids are not microwave or oven-safe – an eco-friendly alternative to your plastic meal prep container!
  • Sugarcane products are certified home compostable to European NF T51-800 standards and commercially compostable to  European EN13432 standards.
  • We can offer you a bespoke design on our pulp range – minimum order quantities 50,000 units

We offer a free standard 1-2 day delivery service for all orders over £75 (ex. VAT).
Items are delivered via DPD. We endeavor to dispatch all orders received before 3:30pm (Monday to Friday) on the day of order. Unless otherwise requested, your order will be shipped on the next working day delivery service. You will receive a shipping notification email and/or text, once your order has been dispatched.

To guarantee delivery of your items for a particular day/time, or for orders under £75 the following charges will apply (UK Mainland only):

To guarantee delivery of your items for a particular day/time, or for orders over £75 the following charges will apply (UK Mainland only):

RETURNS

If you have changed your mind about the goods ordered and wish to return them, you can do so provided your request to return the goods is within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be in the original packaging and in a resalable condition as new. The cost of returning the items will be down to the customer.

What do we mean by ‘As New’?

  • the goods are unopened
  • the goods have not been used
  • the goods are unmarked
  • the goods are in fully resalable condition

What will I get refunded?

The original full value of the goods returned minus a 10% restocking charge. If the goods are faulty then a full refund will be given.

Will I get any delivery costs refunded?

If the goods are deemed as faulty, we will refund the original delivery costs to a maximum value of the lowest cost standard delivery for the items you purchased.

Any items which have been supplied to special requirements cannot be accepted for credit under any circumstances, and in other instances, a re-stocking charge may be imposed.
