This condiment pot is an Eco product which is fully Compostable, Bio-degradable, Freezer Safe, Microwave/Oven Safe [but NOT the lid] is great for portion control. Suitable for hot and cold foods like sauces, dips and sampling. It comes with recyclable PET lid, work to create a tight seal that will help to prevent spills and preserve the freshness of your condiments for longer.

Our tree-free portion containers are made from sugarcane pulp, a by-product of the sugar refining industry. They can be commercially composted. This renewable, waste material means the food pots have a minimal impact on the planet and its finite resources. So even if you can’t send them to industrial composting facilities, switching to these containers will still help you to do that little bit more for the environment!

We offer a free standard 1-2 day delivery service for all orders over £75 (ex. VAT).
Items are delivered via DPD. We endeavor to dispatch all orders received before 3:30pm (Monday to Friday) on the day of order. Unless otherwise requested, your order will be shipped on the next working day delivery service. You will receive a shipping notification email and/or text, once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS

If you have changed your mind about the goods ordered and wish to return them, you can do so provided your request to return the goods is within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be in the original packaging and in a resalable condition as new. The cost of returning the items will be down to the customer.

What do we mean by ‘As New’?

  • the goods are unopened
  • the goods have not been used
  • the goods are unmarked
  • the goods are in fully resalable condition

What will I get refunded?

The original full value of the goods returned minus a 10% restocking charge. If the goods are faulty then a full refund will be given.

Will I get any delivery costs refunded?

If the goods are deemed as faulty, we will refund the original delivery costs to a maximum value of the lowest cost standard delivery for the items you purchased.

Any items which have been supplied to special requirements cannot be accepted for credit under any circumstances, and in other instances, a re-stocking charge may be imposed.
