If you have changed your mind about the goods ordered and wish to return them, you can do so provided your request to return the goods is within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be in the original packaging and in a resalable condition as new. The cost of returning the items will be down to the customer.
What do we mean by ‘As New’?
- the goods are unopened
- the goods have not been used
- the goods are unmarked
- the goods are in fully resalable condition
What will I get refunded?
The original full value of the goods returned minus a 10% restocking charge. If the goods are faulty then a full refund will be given.
Will I get any delivery costs refunded?
If the goods are deemed as faulty, we will refund the original delivery costs to a maximum value of the lowest cost standard delivery for the items you purchased.
Any items which have been supplied to special requirements cannot be accepted for credit under any circumstances, and in other instances, a re-stocking charge may be imposed.
